Dangréaux, one of the world’s great
pâtissiers.

Born near Cambrai,
upon leaving school he was apprenticed to one of
France’s
leading pâtisseries and reached the highest
echelons of his profession, qualifying as Pâtissier,
Glacier, Confiseur and Chocolatier, thus achieving
the rare distinction of excellence in every element
of gâteaux and dessert cuisine.
Recognising the potential for a classic French pâtisserie
in an English town, Frédèric moved on
to establish Frère
Jacques in Cheltenham’s Montpellier Arcade in
January 2000 which was recently voted in the top ten
pâtisseries in the UK.
Frédèric
is now establishing a network of franchised outlets
across the Cotswolds and South West which he and his
team of international chefs will
supply with the finest fresh produce every day from his kitchen facility in Tewkesbury,
Gloucestershire.
All our Patisserie is freshly made by hand
in our kitchen facility and delivered daily to each
of our
stores for your enjoyment either in our own cafés
or to take away.
